We have created a concept design for a real estate platform that would allow potential landlords and homeowners to upload their properties to be either sold or rented out.
The platform would also enable potential buyers to find their dream property, again both either to buy or rent.
The site would be created for the real estate company to manage themselves but the goal would be to empower all parties: the buyer, the seller and the real estate agent.
It would provide the seller/landlord an easy way to advertise their property quickly with the process as automated as possible.
The buyer is also empowered due to the intuitive search functions that allow them to find and purchase their dream property in only a few steps.
The agent themselves has their time dramatically saved through the automation the platform provides.
